Excellent location in front of a splendid sea, then there is the hotel....terrible cleanliness of the rooms, poor breakfast and worsened moreover by the habit of the staff to put the food not consumed and left on the customers' tables directly on the buffet table...Too bad, an experience definitely not to be remembered positively.

Rude and unable to handle their own work.

Terrible experience, absolutely not to be repeated. Without considering the nighttime noise... Unfortunately, the stay at the Bellevue in Palermo was truly disgusting. The room was in a condition that I absolutely did not expect from a hotel establishment. The bathroom was full of rust and in the shower we even found little black worms. The entire environment was old and very dated. The floor had been layered over and, to exit the bathroom, there was an unmarked step, with a real risk of tripping. The sheets were stained and full of hair. Even the baby's crib was all stained, which I found particularly serious. Furthermore, the air conditioner was old and dirty and, during the stay, we all had problems with coughing and colds. The bath linens were literally GRAY! Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and condition of the room were definitely insufficient. A very negative experience, especially considering that we were also traveling with a baby. I do not recommend it and I certainly would not return.
