Casa Riccio

The view from this enormous 10th floor terrace is spectacular & probably the best in the city. Watching the sunrise while sipping your morning coffee or ending your day over a glass of wine while overlooking the city was one of the highlights of the trip but what made this place truly special was its host the charming signora Anna. She met our every need, explained how to navigate the city & made us feel at home in Palermo. Grazie Anna!

I booked this property on booking.com I then contacted the property to confirm some details Only to be told the price was wrong and I must cancel my booking I had already booked my flights based on the price of the room Needless to say this was very disappointing And not what I expect from a reputable site I would not book this hotel property again Hope this review helps to stop this sort of thing happening to someone else I thought it was the responsibility of the property to list the price correctly So I had to cancel our booking

We booked at Casa Riccio for 4 nights with breakfast included. We werent provided with breakfast after a disagreement with the hosts. This made for a very uncomfortable stay. The place was noisy at night, given that the other guests were 9 university students who were staying long term. I would strongly suggest you book elsewhere - the hosts are not at all accomodating.
