Hotel la Battigia

We stayed for a week at this hotel with a half-board package. A hotel by the sea with great potential, kind and helpful staff both at the reception and in the dining room. Restaurant service is well-cared for regarding the first and second courses, which are always varied and tasty. The desserts were disappointing with almost no hint of the Sicilian tradition! The choice to serve breakfast fruit as the end of the meal is embarrassing. The rooms are definitely too noisy, especially on days when weddings are also held at the hotel. Something that disturbs and limits the guests' movement space. To conclude, a surprise in the bill where a cover charge is requested for meals. The aesthetics of the entrance need improvement!

We stayed at the Hotel La Battigia in late June this year. We were very happy with the pleasant accommodation which was comfortable, clean and tidy with air conditioning which worked well in the heat. We found all of the staff were exceptionally helpful especially when we had a health issue and would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful, and the food was absolutely delicious. The accommodation was comfortable and well maintained, while the private beach with sun loungers and the pool were perfect for relaxing. Overall, a wonderful experience with great service, amazing food, and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Highly recommended!
