The staff was friendly, and the beds, linen, and towels were good. However, overall, the hotel is below the standard I would expect from a 4-star property. I would consider it closer to a 3-star hotel. Especially considering its location. The hotel appears somewhat run down in places, with a number of maintenance and workmanship issues. For example, some electrical plugs were hanging from the wall, and the bidet had an unsuitable faucet installed. The cleanliness could also be improved. There was some residue on the floor, dust on the bedside tables, and the remote control was sticky. Some doors and walls were visibly dirty, particularly around the toilet area. Overall, the friendly staff and good-quality beds, linen, and towels were positives, but the hotel would benefit from better maintenance, attention to detail, and more thorough cleaning, as well as appropriate hotel furniture; one breakfasts sitting diagonally from each other because the tables are too narrow.

It takes its name from the nearby prison, but turns out to be a very pleasant hotel. It is convenient because on the way from the airport and not far from the center. Attention to detail.

Good hotel, very friendly staff despite the fact that it is not worth a 4 star. (room, services, breakfast and neighborhood)
