B&B Il Caravaggio

I book through booking this beb in January. Unfortunately, for health reasons, I cannot use the overnight stay. I get in touch with the structure that tells me by email that I will recover the stay. The transaction is still executed, through my Postepay. After a few months, I call the structure and say if I could kindly use the room, they say that they do not know the payment. I send him the screenshot with payment, date and currency, of the amount due and they reply that booking had not forwarded the money. I call booking, who do everything to resolve this unpleasant situation, and they tell me that they probably don't want to reserve the voucher for me anymore. The lady of the structure, moreover, tells me to call booking and that she wants the copy of my payment that they sent her, in a nutshell, I acted as a gate between the structure and booking, who blamed each other, despite I had the queen proof of payment (to the structure itself, not to booking!!!) that I sent to both the structure and booking. Rude , the gentlemen of the structure could find a compromise, there were so many ways to resolve this unpleasant situation, or honestly say that they did not want to rent me the room anymore. The lady from Catania tells me on the phone that money to her clients does not make them lose. Then why didn't you tell me to stay overnight and if you didn't find my payment in your bank statement we'd make a deal? They don't answer the phone either. Shame on you. Beware!!!!!! I could have understood if I hadn't shown the statement, but they denied the evidence!!! Way to work!

The host was magnificent, breakfast superb. The B&B very much in a style of Caravaggio, l did enjoy my stay, with out doubt stay there again!!! Biagio aiuta molto i clienti vicino metro e vicino centro storico

It's so family - like here. The host Biagio made a really good breakfast and you can have a nice conversation with him. Our room was beautiful and we slept quite well due to the air condition and the lack of mosquitoes. I woul recommend it to everyone :)
