B&B Le Ciminiere

I honestly didn't find a single positive note: - cleaning: the dust under the beds manifested itself as balls of hay bales rolling when the doors were opened; - structure: a bed with a good mattress (so to speak) and the other with a sinking mattress; the sink manhole locked at the bottom and the water that went away in a quarter of an hour because fortunately the seal is worn age; the toilet adjacent to the entrance door of the bathroom, even children could do the needs only with the door closed or wide open; - shower and gargoyle to be replaced; - automatic door opening key that operated on the fiftieth attempt; - the site says "we thought of everything so you don't have to think about anything", if you go to that place you have to keep in mind that it lacks practically everything it needs.; - much attention, on the site it says that parking is included and, in brackets it says, only on request. In fact, they only have one parking space. You have to park (if you want it guarded) about 5 minutes walk away with an additional cost of 20 euros per night; - practically nothing was explained to us at check in; - searching on google turns out to be a BeB (the owners should modify this thing but probably do not do it on purpose) instead is a guest house where there is practically nothing, apart from a mini fridge in the room (really mini). Having children and, after appropriate complaints, the owner had a microwave delivered; - location: in the evening there are no open rooms in the immediate surroundings so you have to take the car (which however is PAID hundreds of meters of distance, let alone the inconvenience having children in tow); - always for the fact that we had children and strollers with us, I must report that the elevator does not arrive on the ground floor but in a mezzanine, further big flaw. Conclusion, I will NEVER GO BACK and I hope this review will lead the owners to fix things that are wrong and can be fixed.

Let start from the good thing, the location... It’s very close to the city center. Unfortunately for me is the only one because, the rest is... I found this b&b and reading the reviews, i decided to book it for one night. First of all, there is no indication or signs outside the building. The room was quite big but smelly and dirty, especially the toilette. Dust everywhere around the room and behind the bed. This is not the way to present a room to a guest, even if is only a b&b. I didn’t try the breakfast because I decided to don’t do it there. Never again!

Lucia, Urso and Kate were very friendly en helpfull. The room and the bathroom are very nice and clean. We also had a balcony to sit outside our room. The B&B is close to the sea and the beach, the trainstation is also near and the center of the city is a 10-minute walk. At the other side of the street is a wonderful restaurant where they serve very nice food for a very reasonable price. I will recommend this B&B to my family and friends.
