I stayed for a week at your establishment, and it was a beautiful starting point that led me to discover Eastern Sicily. The Front Office staff, F&B (Marco in particular entertained us at dinner and also during breakfast on some days), and the Housekeeping staff are super kind and helpful. We felt pampered at every moment. The location is excellent for enjoying tranquility just a few kilometers from the city of Catania and also for getting to the airport. It is a lovely hotel and in a good location close to the beach and with a regular bus service into Catania. The staff are lovely and very helpful and a recommendation Lucretzia made for a tour of Etna was first class. Breakfast was really good and had a wide variety of options. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The food in the restaurant is excellent and it’s nice to sit outside in the evening. The only reason to knock one star off is that would have liked the hotel to have water on tap to refill bottles etc, water in the Sicilian climate being essential. But that aside this is an excellent and highly recommended hotel.
