B&B Casa Ruffino

Booking mistakenly sent us the link to this B&B after canceling our accommodation at the last minute in Bari, despite having the reservation for a month in advance, and in the rush, we mistakenly booked it (there are 800 km of distance). We canceled it immediately, and the owner refused to refund the amount. It is the most regrettable experience I have ever had with an accommodation; I have no words to describe the owner. THE WORST.

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Ruffino in Balestrate, Sicily. From the moment I arrived, Giuseppe and Paola made me feel incredibly welcome. They are truly kind, warm, and always ready to help with anything you need. Their hospitality made the whole experience special — whether it was giving helpful local tips or simply making sure everything was comfortable during my stay. You can really feel that they care about their guests and take pride in what they do. The place itself is lovely, clean, and relaxing, perfect for enjoying the beauty of Sicily. Thanks to Giuseppe and Paola, my stay was not just comfortable but also memorable. I would highly recommend Casa Ruffino to anyone visiting Balestrate. I would definitely come back again

We found this B&B searching on the Internet , we stayed only one night because of a cancelled flight , very convenient because it is a few kilometers from Palermo airport . The owners , husband and wife , very kind and helpful . The room was cozy, spacious and clean, functional bathroom. The breakfast very plentiful. Surely we will consider it for the future!
