We stayed at this property and enjoyed it very much. It is located exactly in the historic center of trapani between the main street and the Dante Alighieri promenade. Around there are many parking spaces available on the blue stripes. We were greeted by Mrs. Sandra who was very kind and recommended some local goodies.

Cleanliness non-existent, lack cutlery, , creaky bed and sofa. Shower head and bidet clogged with limestone. The water came out and sprayed everywhere. My husband had to release with vinegar and restore the flow of water. There was not a rag to wipe the floor. Only after a few days, at my insistence he arrived. Broken TV, changed on 1 day. , but left without the if I remote control. Lacks Internet, travel with personal hotspot. I stay days with 2 wet bathrobes, changed only after my insistent request. The air conditioning broke. Adjusted the next day. Reception zero, we found the keys on the door, no one to wait. Zero kindness and empathy. Only a magnificent view.there can be better

Beware of this company — they posted a clear as day cancellation policy of 100% refund if canceling at least 30 days before check in. When we canceled one week after making the booking — SIXTY days in advance of check in, they refunded half of our money and refused to respond to our contacts. We had over $2k stolen by them that we are trying to recover. This is fraud, pure and simple. It is outrageous that travel sites continue to allow these criminals to continue to advertise. We hope our experience can save someone else from being victimized.
