Hotel Baia Turchese

Beautiful location. A special thanks to Mrs. Silvana for her kindness and friendliness❤️. Thanks also to Ms. Stefania at the Reception for her courteous kindness

My wife and I stayed at this property for a week. Unfortunately, we happened to be there during a record-breaking heat wave and this accentuated some aspects of the property that could be improved: the room showed its age a bit (a bit dated) and we encountered some small daily inconveniences, such as the water in the minibar often being missing or having to ask for toilet paper. Despite these details, the overall experience was positive, and the credit goes entirely to Stefania at the reception. She was a real asset: with all the requests and reports we made to her during our stay, she always proved to be super helpful, cheerful, efficient, and professional. It is fantastic to find people who work with such passion: her service really made the difference and turned a week of potential discomfort into a pleasant vacation. A special thanks to Stefania for her immense kindness!

A disastrous experience, to say the least. Terrible value for money. Upon arriving in the room, we asked for the bathroom to be cleaned again: we found hair in the shower stall and pee in the bidet. In the following days, continuous service failures occurred, which we promptly reported: leaks from the bidet pipe, blocked toilet drain with water that kept running, toilet drain cover falling off, clogged shower stall, air conditioner in the room leaking water; light bulb in the room not working; need for constant reminders for essential bathroom supplies, such as body wash and toilet paper; poor room cleaning (sheets changed once in 9 days). No drying rack; hair dryer with wall mount; safe not working. The room furniture is dated, and there are visible cracks on the walls. The entire property needs maintenance, with visible water leaks from the air conditioners in the common areas, and a non-existent children's play area. The only positive note is the location, facing the sea. The report of the ongoing service failures received a response that speaks for itself: "You have to adapt, there can be problems in any house, and besides, you chose an economy room." In conclusion, not recommended!
