I really don't like leaving bad reviews, but I really felt that the customer was not respected. I had written in the reservation 2 months before that I wanted a suite with a view; when you come to the Madonie, that’s the minimum… I think. Having received no response on this subject, I decided to cancel 1 month before; on the phone, the manager refused and told us that €100 would be charged. We decided to come anyway, hoping to find a room with a view as requested twice, at the time of booking and over the phone… The lack of consideration for the customer was confirmed; upon our arrival, we had a bottle of tap water at room temperature (it was 45 degrees that day). And a suite without a view! I would add that the photos are misleading, the room decor is dated, the mattress is hard, and you can clearly hear the neighbors closing their doors in the hallway. I really do not recommend this hotel, and above all, never book directly, as you have no recourse.

The real added value of the structure is however the human aspect. An honorable mention goes to Flavia, the manager, whose extraordinary hospitality and exceptional problem solving skills really make the difference, solving every need with a smile and great professionalism. Note of absolute merit for the restaurant: Breakfasts: a magical awakening with delicious homemade cakes and fresh fruit coming directly from their campagna.Il attached restaurant: offers a typical cuisine of the Madonie rich in flavor and a pizza cooked in a wood oven really buonissima.I takeaway sandwiches: a convenient idea! Booking them the night before, they are prepared fresh in a wood oven for the next day. We took them with us during the excursions and found them simply deliziosi.Una exceptional structure that combines care for the customer to the enhancement of the territory. We will definitely be back!

Cute rooms, if you like with the balcony you must specify during booking, not all possess it.Location particular clean. Very sunny friendly staff. Breakfast average, value for money to review based on what we paid in my opinion too expensive. As for the restaurant nothing to say all very good, meat, pizza and appetizers. Professional staff.
