Very kind staff, impeccable restaurant service, food needs improvement, disappointing facility, unkempt pool area, pool surveillance staff not very vigilant or helpful, rooms quite spacious but in need of maintenance—air conditioner drips and shower has a broken showerhead, and water leaks from the shower enclosure so much that it floods the entire bathroom.

felt very hostile, a lot of the guests seemed to have a staring problem. not even a small glance but like id look back at them and they’d just keep staring. guy on front desk and the bartender were friendly but overall, staff did not seem to want to accommodate us not speaking italian. rooms were dated, our air con hardly worked well at all so sleep was very disturbed. food selection for both breakfast and dinner were very mediocre. might be okay for locals but would not recommend for tourists, truly did not feel welcome at all.

The hotel and location was ok but staff very unfriendly and made rude comments about us speaking english
