Exceptional hospitality, competence and availability. The girl who supported us during our stay was lovely. The hotel is family-run, very Vintage, it would take little to make it newer while maintaining the same furnishings, but the cleanliness and love that shines through their work is non plus ultra

Kindness beyond any expectation. Maybe the old-fashioned structure is not the best but we’ve never experienced such prompt and kind service. It’s not possible to reach the hotel by car and the personnel came to the car parking and picked us up. They gave us very useful information ad prepared a special cake for our baby’s birthday!

Traveling as a family, we reserved three rooms. Great location. Not far from good public parking lot, which was no charge for off season. Also this location was good for exploring Erice. Check in was easy, friendly staff. Only one of the rooms had a view, but that view was amazing for a hotel in city center! A nice surprise. Breakfast was good too. All considered, good value for the price.
