Caesar Palace Hotel

Just back from an amazing holiday at this hotel. The entertainment staff were superb! Very friendly and welcoming, my daughters loved them! Big shout out to Paulo, Sofia, Leonardo, Luca, Raphael, Mary and Deborah for making my kids holiday! Five star review for you all, you work incredibly hard and long hours to keep the guests happy! The food was good, breakfast and lunch were a bit samey but the dinner had a different selection most nights. The pool side snack bar was also good which we used a couple of times when having a later breakfast. The drinks you could help yourself to which I liked as in other all inclusives we have visited, you had to wait in a queue to be served. Limited cocktail choice however (they had Aperil spritz on tap but unfortunately we don’t drink that) and you had to pay for sparkling wine by the bottle so not the place if you like a good cocktail! Luckily the wine and beer was enough for us. The room was clean and well equipped and would be cleaned every day to a high standard. We were round the back of the hotel near the kids pool. The entertainment would go on until midnight so not a great spot for those wanting an early night. We would stay out until the entertainment finished most nights so not a problem for us! The pool area and dining area were always kept clean and tidy, with staff working tirelessly to clean up. For people complaining about the out of date decor, we thought it complimented the hotel and gave it a Sicilian feel. What I will say is the kids pool area could do with a refurb as it was very tired. Unfortunately this was also where the late night entertainment which wasn’t the most aesthetically pleasing of places to sit. Negatives I would say the communal toilet area was not great at all! Which is a shame as the rest of the hotel is cleaned regularly to a high standard. The toilets near the restaurant were hardly ever cleaned with dirty bins over flowing and would regularly run out of soap to wash your hands. One day almost a day without soap which was unacceptable. The beach was a short shuttle bus away and was a nice sandy beach which we visited a few times. Buses come every fifteen minutes so was nice and easy to get to the beach or into the nearest town. Overall I would rate the hotel a 3/ 4 star but the staff, particularly the entertainment staff made it a solid five star and really made our holiday!!!

We had a pleasant family holiday and enjoyed our stay overall. However, there are a few things that could be improved. The mandatory €5 per person, per day Club Card was disappointing, as we did not feel it provided enough value for the price. This fee should be clearly communicated during the booking process to avoid unpleasant surprises. We also found the 10:00 AM check-out too early and would recommend extending it to 12:00 PM. In addition, the adults' pool did not have enough sun loungers, and the breakfast was very repetitive. Despite these issues, we had a nice holiday and appreciate the staff's efforts.

We had a truly wonderful vacation at this resort. The property is welcoming and the pool area is fantastic, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. ​But the real added value was undoubtedly the entertainment staff: fantastic guys, capable of engaging adults and children with so much energy, friendliness, and professionalism. They entertained me and my whole family from the first to the last day, making our stay unforgettable. ​A heartfelt thank you to the whole team, especially to Raffaele, Paolo, Leandro, and Sofia.
