Let's start with the cleanliness, where there was hair everywhere in every part of the room, cafeteria-style food, unkempt pools, very rude staff... in fact, they almost all feel bothered! In short, everything needs a makeover; many years ago it was very different... now everything has changed!!! disappointed.

Decidedly negative experience at this property. At the reception, Mr. Marcello took the liberty of telling me in a completely inappropriate way that, if I encountered any problems, I don't have to come back next time. An attitude completely lacking in professionalism and respect toward the customer. At the same time, the property manager remained seated on the sofas observing the scene without lifting a finger, without intervening either positively or negatively to manage the situation. As for the dining, the quality was truly disappointing: the food served at dinner was nothing more than the reuse of what was left over from lunch. Highly unrecommended. Such management is not acceptable for those in the hospitality business.

The worst hotel I have ever experienced. On the first day I got a different room because the room I had booked was so disgusting. Room 2e was not much cleaner.. the restaurant was also incredibly dirty, there were flies everywhere.. the floor was clearly not cleaned. There were many young people who caused a lot of trouble. Loud music etc. every evening until late. I'm never coming here again.
