Well presented. Strange shower, no where to put the soap? Bed poor, squeaky frame and thin mattress. Breakfast excellent. Staff couldn't be faulted. Water but no glasses. Not a suite by any dstandard. Missed the mark..

The Shalai Hotel is fantastic. It is very clean, nicely furnished, and the food is fantastic (we had breakfast included). The gentlemen at the reception were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

Passing through on our way back from a vacation in the Aeolian Islands, we unfortunately stayed only 1 night. It allowed us to experience the excellent cuisine of Giovanni Santoro. Truly pampered by an excellent staff. I must say that the breakfast is of international standard. Well done, it is nice to find establishments like these.
