The hotel is located in a strategic position, near Marsala and Trapani. It has a small swimming pool, is family-run with the help of a small external staff, kind and helpful. The room was quite large and comfortable. The bathroom is decent. Average breakfast for a three star hotel. For light sleepers it is advisable to request a room that does not overlook the railway network.

Hotel located in a strategic position to visit the various areas of Marsala and its surroundings... 5 minutes by car to see the sunset over the salt pans. Pleasant hotel, comfortable, clean and well-organised rooms with a fridge in which there is a cold room which is excellent for refrigerating synthetic ice in the summer, phono and an excellent air conditioning system... it is not very modern but overall it is very well kept. Very kind and polite staff, friendly and attentive to the customer. Excellent, varied and plentiful breakfast. There is a pleasant swimming pool. I recommend this hotel for those who want to stay in Marsala..

When we arrived we were told they had issues with both the air-condition and water, but was trying to get someone there immediately (a Sunday) to fix it. We were offered free drinks and they suggested we use the pool, while they try to fix things. They were not able to get anyone there to fix the water, so they agreed that we could cancel the rooms at no cost (although they were not refundable). They also offered us additional drinks for free and charged us nothing for pool and towel use etc. Things can break, I wish everyone would treat such times like this hotel did. Great customer service and care!
