in all honesty, finding the place was quite a hassle / long way. On arrival the place looks like deserted or abandoned. Then the owner came to greet us. We immediately asked to see the rooms (before paying). sheets were spotless and bathroom too. we asked for dinner, but only breakfast is served there. Eugenio compromised to go to the town and get us some pizzas of our choice. he arranged a lovely dining area for us while we were swimming in the amazing swimming pool and drinking wine and beer. All was perfect. Had a very good night sleep and an amazing fresh breakfast in the morning. Will definately try to revisit and spend more time at this place. Really nice owners and serving girl (in the morning).

No restaurant, too far away from any town to walk for dinner. No drinking for car drivers. Breakfast absolute rubbish, not to knock f1 hotels but you know what to expect this hotel breakfast was of a lower standard. Weeds, broken tiles, rubbish, abandoned plastic chairs all around the pool. Stagnant or empty decorative!!!! Pools. Citrus orchard!!! Try to find a way through weeds. Parking a joke, not illuminated car park area, dangerous at night time. Local fly tip just on roadside 100m away from entrance. If this is agroturismo keep it to yourself. A general lack of maintenance over the whole property, render falling of walls broadband that doesn't work when bedroom door shut, no TVs in room. The list goes on and on. Would I book again a big NO NO NO.

The place is not clean. It is very far. Nothing to eat exept breakfast. Nothing to do there. The place is very unkept. Its no easy if you dont have your own transport. The photos mislead you alot.....
