Hotel was nice and friendly staff, rooms ok, pool is tiny for size of hotel and grounds photo is misleading. The pool is over run with pigeons trying to drink all day, pigeon poo and feathers all over sunbeds and don’t think the water is clean🤔

We stayed here for 3 nights.... The pool is far too small and compact for a hotel of this size. Not good enough. There is so much space around the hotel grounds not being used, a bigger pool would be perfect. Would not stay here again based on the tiny pool. Lovely and very helpful reception staff. Rooms very basic, not luxurious, needs improving. Balconies very scruffy with random furniture and broken chairs and tables. Great location for a lovely town, so many lovely historical sights, restaurants and can't fault the location. The outside areas could be fantastic, parasols needed, more atmosphere in the evening and attention to detail would improve this hotel. A fantastic shuttle service to the beach was lovely.

The hotel is 4 stars but we had a bad experience, the very evening we arrived, the ceiling of the hallway to our room literally collapsed at night, an absurd roar, in the morning calling the reception they told us that it can happen, they didn't give us a discount or more time, at 11 we left the room, all as if nothing had happened, I mean we had water in the hallway and the ceiling scattered around the room, thank goodness neither of us had woken up in the night to go to the bathroom. It was an accommodation for one night, we wanted to have a weekend, arrival at 14:00, we didn't have security for access to the pool as it was small, but if I book the room I would like to have the possibility to use it since I choose a hotel with a pool. But the factor of the collapsed ceiling with water coming out of the ceiling was a surreal situation, they called the technicians to fix it and we left without apologies, without a coffee offered, nothing for the inconvenience. NEVER AGAIN, it's a shame because if the hotel were better maintained it would be nice, the food is good even if there was a cockroach in the dining room but there is a garden next door and it can happen, then in the room an absurd cold, I would turn off the air conditioning and it would turn itself on, I slept in July with a duvet. We were there at the end of July 2026.
