Excellent experience! Kind staff and impeccable service. Very clean hotel, spacious and well-maintained rooms. We chose half board and were very satisfied: excellent, abundant food with a wide variety of dishes. Breakfast both sweet and savory, truly complete. Highly recommended!

Excellent welcome, beautiful pool, large spaces surrounded by greenery, restaurant with a lot of choice at fair prices with good table service, the only big flaw concerns the structure, dated but very beautiful however poorly maintained, in the cleaning of the rooms and in the care of the common areas, (e.g. pool) with disused furniture abandoned around, water leaks near the lounge chairs, cigarettes everywhere, and volcanic ash on the balconies and in the courtyards. Bathrooms to be reviewed with rusty trash cans and toilet brushes, and in my room I had also reported a broken phone, not replaced, and a floor lamp without light bulbs. A real shame, we still had fun and will definitely return also because they informed us that restoration work has already begun in some rooms and maybe in the low season they will be able to proceed faster. I am sure of it because the structure deserves to return to its splendors as a 4-star resort

I had a truly beautiful stay with my family. The property stands out for its impeccable cleanliness in all areas and offers extremely comfortable rooms, ideal for relaxing to the fullest. Well-kept pool, clean and perfect for spending moments of total relaxation. Welcoming staff and excellent services. For the first time we had dinner at Vecchia Locanda and it was a beautiful experience: excellent food and very welcoming staff. We will definitely return!
