Clean property, welcoming staff, excellent breakfast, and great parking for my motorcycle!

Hotel outside the center but convenient if arriving by car, with the possibility of leaving it in their underground garage, safe and sound. Rooms average, perhaps a bit dated but clean and welcoming. Breakfast average with everything necessary. Kind staff ready to give advice. To get to the center a walk is necessary, but we are walkers, so no problem. Maybe the area is not the cleanest and tidiest, but we never had problems, even in the evening.

Good budget hotel, after reading some awful reviews I was very apprehensive of our booking. But found the hotel to be absolutely fine, friendly staff that are happy to help with any concerns, room clean and of a good size. Breakfast and dinner no complaints with a good traditional menu. The area does look at first glance like something from a war zone or a riot but we felt completely safe walking from the hotel into the main areas of the city and as we were slightly out of the tourist area found cheap cafes and the local supermarket which was great as we had a fridge in the room. Stay here if you want to submerge with the local population and get a true sense of Scilly.
