I was there with my wife and my 4-month-old daughter and I really don't think I want to go back, the owners are not capable of managing the business, for lunch or dinner the menu and the price are a surprise, not to mention the rudeness of the owners, I found myself kicked out of the facility with the door slammed in my face with a 4-month-old baby at 11 in the morning under the sun just because they didn't know how to manage 60 people who had just arrived at the pool and so they preferred to kick us out for a beach umbrella and 2 lounge chairs that if they had allowed us, we would have contributed to stay there a little longer.

A truly terrible experience. The owner proved to be very rude and unhelpful, making the stay even more unpleasant. Furthermore, I was asked for amounts that I did not believe were due, and the handling of the situation was anything but transparent. In addition, the property is dirty and neglected. Personally, I did not have a good experience and would not return to this property. I recommend paying close attention to the costs and always checking the final bill carefully.

Terrible management, rudeness, and overbooking: highly unrecommended! We booked this property through Booking, confirming the need for 4 rooms. Once we arrived on site, the unpleasant surprise: the property only had 3 available. In addition to the severe organizational inconvenience, the most serious aspect was the handling of the situation: we were greeted with incredible rudeness by the owner, who instead of apologizing for the mistake, kept cheating and making up absurd excuses, even trying to blame us guests for a clear error in his management. An unacceptable welcome, total dishonesty, and a lack of professionalism. If you are looking for a peaceful stay and transparent, respectful service, I highly recommend you look elsewhere. To be avoided at all costs.
