B&B Mare di S.Lucia

We had a very good time because we were very close to the Ortigia center, the room was clean and quiet, Nunzio was very kind, parking is always easy to find despite it being August, thanks, see you soon, Paola

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Ortigia, with plenty of restaurants and cafés right nearby. Our host, Nunzio, was fantastic: very welcoming, helpful, and speaks great English, which made everything easy. The rooms and beds were very comfortable, and the place felt well cared for. Breakfast is self-serve and consists of pre-packaged items, which is good to know in advance, but the coffee was great and there’s the option to heat milk to make a proper latte. We were actually there during Cyclone Harry and felt completely safe and comfortable the entire time, which says a lot. Overall, a great stay and we’d happily return.

Structure not up to standard, large rooms but the bed very low and uncomfortable with the slats that moved and 2 times collapsed on the floor and we had to fix them in the middle of the night, smelly bathroom, DIY breakfast, with only snacks from the discount store and the last morning there was not even milk, a tip avoided
