I stayed at this property, which from the very first moment proved to be impeccable in terms of cleanliness, availability, and courtesy of the staff, as well as its strategic location in Ortigia. Rating 10 out of 10

We stayed at this property to visit the beautiful Ortigia. The hotel is located near the seafront of Ortigia and has windows (no balconies) with sea views. From the hotel it is easy to reach the center and the points of interest. For our stay we chose the suite at the price of 270 euros per night, cost a bit 'excessive for the features of the room. The bathroom was small, equipped with a shower and no windows. The bed and pillows not very comfortable, in the room there were many unnecessary furnishings (eg large closets). The most disappointing aspect without doubt the breakfast, it seems that the nuns look after saving, some drinks or food even had to pay extra (see photo)! Little variety and quantity of both sweet and savory foods that if left over were proposed the next day. The aspect to be praised is certainly the kindness and ability of the staff to resolve any unexpected, we hope that they are fairly paid and that their salaries do not portray the meagerness of breakfast! We did not use the spa, but we did use the pool and massage and it was very relaxing!

Located in the heart of Ortigia, with a sea view, and at walkable distance to all the historical spots of the city. They have a roof top, with a nice view over the surroundings. The building was on a site of a former palace, which gives it a certain charm. I very much appreciated the front-desk staff, very welcoming, the quietness of the room, and the breakfast. Charming experience
