Located about 6 km from Ortigia, Hotel Relax satisfied us completely. The room was excellent in terms of cleanliness and size. The breakfast was good and the staff was attentive and scrupulous. The pool is beautiful, with a lifeguard and a very kind bar attendant. The only downside is the restaurant menu, which seemed sparse to us.

we stayed 5days. large pool, comfortable with sunbeds and showers. The bright and quite modern lobby and restaurant, the rooms instead to be arranged in terms of furniture and sanitary ware that are now dated (especially the shower). The carpeting of the corridors is old and it would be enough to take up the walls to make the area of the rooms more welcoming. Apart from the pool girls who don't even help to get the sunbeds, the rest of the staff is impeccable, from the room cleaners (always very clean) to the restaurant waiters (a special greeting to Mr. Francesco, very kind and nice!). We thank Mr. Vincenzo of the reception who changed the first room into another larger and with all the furniture intact, showing professionalism and patience. The location of the hotel is convenient although not central, because you stay away from traffic and without parking problems

I stayed in the hotel as a tour leader for a group of Lebanese travelers. The hotel is nice, but it is definitely NOT a 4 stars hotel. It is located in a in a quiet area. Rooms are clean but super super basic, no slippers, no kettles in the rooms. Single beds are 90cm wide witch make them small. The shower tray is extremely small. A slightly larger person would have difficulty entering and using the shower comfortably. Employees are friendly, helpful and polite. The swimming pool is nice. Food in the restaurant is very good for dinners but medium for breakfasts. The breakfast buffet does not offer much variety.
