The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped, the bed is large and super comfy. The hosts are lovely, professional and efficient. This is a well run place. The complex itself is in a peaceful neighbourhood with a comfortable walking distance to Ortigia, bus stop and train station. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Grazie Valeria e Roberta!

The management is really good. Clean and modern rooms. Well equipped kitchen. Spacious and spotless bathroom. Also beautiful is the common courtyard. Welcome with liquor in the fridge and cookies on the table. To go back.

We had a nice well maintained accommodation with everything we needed: large bed, good mattresses, 2 balconies, bathroom and kitchen, dining table and kitchenette, 2 sofas to stay and heating in both rooms for cooler days. It was nice and quiet in the area. The staff were immediately on hand, very friendly and devoted if we had questions or needed anything. There was even a washing machine. In the always open household room there was almost everything you needed. After 1 week the apartment was cleaned and all laundry changed. The sitting areas outside are lovingly made, nothing can be changed about the view into the backyard. The location was ideal for us: in 10 minutes we were in the old town. We have a suggestion: Four identical ceiling lamps in the common room and bedroom make an uncomfortable lighting. .
