The modern structure deserves a real appreciation for the strategic position with respect to the most suggestive places of the city, for the cleanliness but above all for the kindness and great professionalism of the host, Mr. Salvatore, who has always made himself available for the requests of our working group. It will be nice to go back for a holiday!

The room was clean and the location of the property is quite good both for visiting the archaeological area and for reaching Ortigia. However, access to the rooms cannot take place before 3.00 pm: really excessive. And if we consider that the room must be vacated by 10.00, it means that the cost must be compared to 19 hours. Another unpleasant thing is that there is no human contact in person with the managers of the structure: everything happens via WhatsApp. This means that after completing everything online, theoretically, by giving the key, anyone could have access to the structure without running any risk. These are problems that may appear unimportant, but in the event of inconveniences they could result in serious difficulties. The warning placed in plain sight on the bedside table is in very poor taste: in case of delay in check-out every 15 minutes a fine of 5 euros will be applied, to be applied to the debit/credit card.

Visiting Syracuse, neaded a place to stay, this pops up. The host is extremely friendly, even comes 2 hours before the appointed time - shows us everything, explains where to park, suggests where to go for a breakfast and where to go for dinner or lunch. The room is incredibly clean, the furnishing is simple but adequate, the system is tailoured for efficiency - you can not leave the room with the lights on - as you take out the key, the lights go out..Great if you ask me..😀 The bathroom with shower is clean, you even have a bidet..if you need it..😋 There is a small fridge in the room, a balcony with a great view..all in the center of the city. There is also a vending machine in the floor, taking care of any sudden desires. The elevator takes you to the 2floor, a shop is just behind the house and the bus line is 50m away. All in all a great 2 day stay, in an impresive city, loaded with history and stories - great and highly reccomended!
