Excellent option. The restaurant is also nice. An excellent place to meet Noto, Siracusa, etc.. The beach next to the hotel is weak.

We stayed in this village in 4; two adults with two boys in August 2025 for 15 days. The village is kept very well, there is so much outdoor space and so much well-kept greenery. The pool is large and spotless. The houses are clean, maybe a little dated, but still comfortable. For any problem the solution was fast and decisive. For example we complained about the sofa bed where my husband and I had to sleep for 15 days was very uncomfortable. In the evening we found the bed replaced. We had half board. For breakfast it would take a separate chapter was the joy of waking up, sweet Sicilian pies cakes, then the savory part with crispy becon focaccia cold cuts cheeses ... in short there was for everyone, very satisfying. Unfortunately I can not say the same for the dinner that I do not recommend including in the stay. First of all, the service was very slow and after dinner we ended up going out and visiting other places. So the choice was between skipping it and dining out or dining and staying in the village. We did a little and a little but at this point we could avoid paying half board.Then the menu is à la carte and although the chef was for simple cooking and with quality ingredients, the courses were almost always the same. After a week it started to weigh. You can also choose pizza, but for me that I am from Campania that was a different dish from pizza, frankly too heavy for my taste. However, the structure was a great choice that I would do again, because you perceive the sense of hospitality and making the guest feel good, especially in the first person there are the owners, Mariyo, wife and their two boys, who help... like in the morning at the pool bar. At the same time they are guests of the structure .. and in the evening they dine at the restaurant with the other guests. this is also a plus. Lastly, the property is well located among the many beautiful places that you can visit, but going to the beach on the property is unthinkable. Nn c is beach if not a paid platform, which for me is rejected.

The structure is very nice and well maintained, lots of outdoor space, lots of greenery. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped, with an outdoor patio or terrace, very pleasant for hot summer evenings. The pool is large and well maintained, a convenience x when you want to stay in the residence. You start the day with a breakfast where nothing is really missing, satisfying both for quantity and quality. From the property you can easily reach all the most beautiful places on the coast, given its excellent location. The residence itself has a small beach with direct access, but not very nice or comfortable, impossible for those with children. The residence has an internal restaurant, but I do not recommend binding with half board, as for dinner, unlike breakfast, the menu does not have much choice and after a few days has already tired, better to go out and choose other. Among other things the service is very slow, so dinner at the restaurant is for those who just don t want to go out. The property is run by a young couple, the owners and their two boys and I must say that I really liked this family that dedicates to the well-being of their guests in person, very attentive and available to meet the requests of guests. The holiday in Syracuse is a nice experience and even more so when you choose well the location to reside as in this case. I would very much return avoiding half board.
