Perfect hotel/apartment complex a short walk from the public beach in Fontane Bianche. The room was spotless and everything worked well (air-conditioning, hot water, wifi, coffee machine). I had a room with a terrace and loved sitting outside at night under the stars. There's a little mini-market just down the street so you can get supplies (which is good because there isn't really breakfast service; there are some vending machines out the back and they bring in fresh croissants in the morning, but that's it for food service). There's also parking on site though I didn't use it. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that there isn't any reception, and even the booking process felt automated and impersonal (I work in tourism so am used to having a personal interaction with hotel management).

Very clean and spacious apartment where you can breathe calm. With a spectacular and very cozy common area with pool, sauna, gym, barbecue, garden, relaxation area. Beach 5 minutes away walking and supermarket 2 minutes away walking. The human treatment was excellent with very good recommendations on activities and visits to make. If a friend asks me for a recommendation, without a doubt I am going to recommend Stella del Mare to them. If I go to Sicily again, I am going to return to these apartments. A 10 out of 10 !!
