The Charme Ares- Bed and Breakfast

We stayed at this B&B for 2 days and had a truly wonderful time! Giuseppe and Maria are two exceptional hosts: super welcoming, kind, and always available to meet our requests. The rooms are very clean, well-kept, and comfortable, and the location is truly fantastic, right in the heart of Ortigia, convenient for visiting everything on foot, with secure car parking a 5-minute walk away. A special mention goes to the cleanliness of the room, which was truly impeccable. Coming back after a day out and finding the room clean, feeling the fresh air, and that wonderful clean scent is truly priceless. It is a level of attention that makes the difference and that we appreciated very much. We also really appreciated Giuseppe's availability once we arrived, in giving us useful information and tips to make the most of our stay. Giuseppe was always concerned about knowing if everything was going well without being intrusive and, when we needed information, he was available even late in the evening, even at 11 PM. A level of care and presence that is truly rare to find. Breakfast is served at a partner café, where we found a good selection and a varied breakfast, perfect for starting the day. Heartfelt thanks to Giuseppe and Maria for their hospitality, kindness, and care. We truly felt at home and will definitely be back!

The owners of this B&B go out if their way to give that bit of extra that others don't. Rooms are checked and cleaned daily; even though they are not obliged to. Rooms are very clean and kept well. Towels and sheets are changed every two days. Breakfast served in a cafeteria nearby and there is quite a choice to choose from.

The owners of Mirabella Rooms are very kind and very hospitable. From our arrival, they welcomed us with great courtesy and recommended excellent restaurants and places to visit, making our stay even more pleasant. The room was clean, tidy, and fragrant, while the location is truly excellent: right in the center, it allows you to easily reach all the main attractions on foot. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend it!
