We were made to feel deeply unwelcome. The woman who owns/ manages the hotel aggressively told off children (mine and others) for merely SPLASHING in the pool. She says there is a law against it in Italy. Obviously, there is not (I checked). I can understand diving or dangerous behaviour is not allowed but these were polite kids who were not being a nuisance in any way, just being kids. The other guests were similarly dismayed by her behaviour. The hotel shouldn't let families with children book and take their money and then police their every move. Taormina is beautiful but stay somewhere else. It's a shame because the other staff have been kind and lovely. One told us they were embarrassed by their boss.

Location is only minutes walk to the main shopping-restaurants district. Hotel has an authentic Italian atmosphere & made me feel very welcomed. Room are very clean & facilities are fantastic. The staff were super friendly & helpful. Highly recommended!!

We are a couple from Puglia and although we come from a wonderful land, we decided to treat ourselves to a vacation here in Taormina at this spectacular hotel in terms of logistics, hospitality, kindness of the staff, services, and a divine breakfast....a hotel that enhances even more Taormina, a refined, clean city that we highly recommend you come and stay in.
