Baglio Costa di Mandorla

We visited Baglio Costa di Mandorla for a family vacation during the first week of August. We booked three appartments( sleeps 6, sleeps 5 and sleeps 2). The place is very quite, it's close to Trapani airport and if you want a secluded place this is it. The person in charge is very nice and breakfast is good. You definitely need a car to move around cause there is nothing to see and do in the area. The pool area and garden are nice but the rooms need a revamp. The furniture is old and the bathrooms need maintenance(slow drains, small shabby showers). The bedrooms are accessible by spiral staircase so it's not ideal for young children and elderly. The bedrooms are dark and hot, there was only one ac in the apartment that sleeps 6. If you visit in summer make sure you bring mosquito repellent cause there are a lots of them unfortunately. We had to book private transfers to move around. We visited Egadi islands, Trapani, Erice, Marsala and San Vito Lo Capo which are not very distant(not more than an hour drive).

Vincenzo is an easy going person and try his best to please the client. I was there for 4 nights and it was ok, as we were more out than in the room. The pool area looks nice and very clean. For travellers that will use the room as for sleeping and shower and maybe relax near the pool, it is great. Do not spend money on expensive hotels, this is much cheaper and it is very nice. I will suggest this place to my friends and will be back for sure. Thanks once again Vincenzo for a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. It is in a very good location. Quiet yet close to all amenities. Breakfast is good and it is very close to the airport. Vincenzo is really nice he let us stay as long as we want on the last day. He even gave us a discount since the pool wasn't functioning for the first days of our stay. Highly recommended.
