The only true "4 stars" of this property are the frontline employees: Mattia (beach assistance), Lorenzo (maître d'), Jessica (dining room staff) and Valentina (bartender). Exceptional, very kind and friendly professionals who, together with everyone else on the staff, bend over backwards every day to compensate for the state of total abandonment in which what is defined as a 4-star hotel finds itself. The rest of the experience is unfortunately to be forgotten.

Unfortunately, terrible value for money. I spent 730€ for bed and breakfast for 4 days. I found the room with the air conditioning on maximum, incredible cold. Tiny room with a window without a screen on the ground floor in front of a restaurant; you cannot open the window because you risk letting animals in. Ants in the bathroom and at breakfast on the tablecloths where the food was displayed. The evening I arrived, I asked to book for dinner from the à la carte menu. From the booking and the reception, it had been given to me as an alternative option to half board. The girl, however, told me that the restaurant was closed that evening and she did not know if I could book for the next day. Very narrow beach and murky sea... small outdoor pool. Zero entertainment... in short, too expensive for what it really offers. Too bad.

Property located in an excellent position, practically on the sea, a bit dated and certainly not 4-star. Not to mention the sea full of seagrass, what can I say, a real disappointment; if there hadn't been the pool, swimming would have been a pipe dream. Traveling so many kilometers just to swim in a pool is inconceivable. The staff is very kind and helpful, the lifeguard Mattia is an exceptional person, very polite and well-mannered, unlike the gentleman in charge of rescue, whose name I don't know, who is rather unpleasant and very rude; he would do well to do something else in life. The girls at the bar, Valentina and Francesca, are nice and very good. Not to mention Michela, the piano bar singer who cheered us up every evening with her beautiful voice, her friendliness, and her cheerfulness, giving us happy and carefree moments.
