The property is very nice and strategically located. Not far from the center and close to the beach. A bit dated but still well kept. Unfortunately, however, it is badly managed. Arrived at the port and, having read that there was a Shuttle Service, we tried to call for over half an hour without any answer. Even the number dedicated to reservations tried to pass us the reception but without success so we walk. Arrived at the facility we find no one. Not even a sign that warns that check in must be done in the adjacent structure, the same that also offers breakfast, so in the morning you have to leave the hotel. But even if there is a need for a bottle of water you have to leave the structure. In short, if there were not all these inconveniences would be perfect!

There is a place in Vulcano where the sea calls you from the terrace. It's not a metaphor: you look out and you have the feeling that it would only take one step to dive into the waves. Hotel Garden wins over everything with its enchanting location, one of the most beautiful on the island: open views, silence, and that blue that steals your eyes. True, some parts of the structure bear the signs of ageing, but don't be fooled: the staff is the real treasure, always with a smile, ready to arrange every detail with care and kindness. Breakfast and services are offered in the sister hotel, Resort Mari del Sud, a stone's throw away: a rich and delicious breakfast to start the day well... and above all a fabulous pool, framed by palm trees and silence, perfect for relaxing at sunset or turning off the sun after the sea. Price quality? Perhaps the best compromise in Vulcan. It is not the hotel of glossy magazines, but it has the sea on it and a real soul. And when we travel, that's what matters.

That's bad. Abandoned and dilapidated hotel! the room the curtains were detached, every day I find cockroaches in the room, there is no one at reception and for problems you have to go to another hotel. For the cockroaches I was kindly given a product to spray in the room. At 16:00 my husband was asleep and opens his eyes and sees a gentleman who tells him to go out because he has to clean, my husband asks to come back later and he who diva clean immediately....
