Pensione La Giara

We stayed for 7 nights at this B&B, booking the rate with breakfast included. The property is very well-maintained, has various amenities useful for "beach life," offers valid local agreements (for restaurants and excursions), and is located a few steps from the island's focal points. The owner and the entire staff showed themselves to be attentive and helpful from our arrival, trying to make us feel at ease right away. In the morning, breakfast is served on a beautiful panoramic terrace from which you can admire the entire island 360°; the staff demonstrates care for the customer by memorizing habits, and the products served, although monotonous, are always fresh, high-quality, and well-served while maintaining the cold chain. The only flaw encountered, for our taste, is the bed (two single beds pushed together with a thin topper on top to try to improve the situation). In any case, we would gladly return.

The first week of August I returned for the second time to this B&B in Vulcano and, this time too, it was a beautiful experience. When you choose to return to the same place, I believe it is the best way to say how well you felt there. A special thanks to Manfredi and Nadia, truly kind, helpful, and attentive to every need. The welcome was once again impeccable, with so much kindness, helpfulness, and attention. The environment is well-kept, clean, and very pleasant, perfect for enjoying a few days of relaxation on the island. It is nice to find a place where you immediately feel at home and know you can count on the same quality and hospitality as the first time. I will definitely return again and I recommend it to anyone who wants to experience Vulcano in a quiet and welcoming atmosphere.

Family atmosphere, large and clean rooms. New and well-structured bathrooms. The breakfast on the terrace was beautiful.
