A stay for a spectacular vacation, starting with the kindness and courtesy as soon as we arrived at the hotel. The entire property is well-maintained and cared for, even in the small details. Breakfast, afternoon snacks, and dinner truly deserve a 10 out of 10; absolutely nothing is missing. The SPA is a highlight, well-equipped with everything you could want, from the indoor and outdoor pool to the one for the little ones, to the various types of saunas and relaxation rooms, and then a beautiful outdoor pond with natural water.... Rio Stava is a child-friendly property in every way; the services for them are tailored; our suite was spacious and equipped with all the comforts. The lack of air conditioning is absolutely negligible by opening the window and enjoying the natural cooling. From breakfast to dinner, everything is good and varied; the dining room staff is very kind, as is the entire staff. The location allows you to move around easily for walks that are more or less complex and visit the neighboring towns in a few minutes. We will definitely be back.

We stayed for 5 nights, myself, my husband, and my 5-year-old son. Hotel that presents itself as a family hotel, with ample outdoor space and an indoor playroom that were much appreciated, but as far as the entertainment goes, it was really very disappointing, young girls with little experience and rather "static". The only possibility to have dinner with the entertainers is at 7:00 PM and with a menu with little variety and no vegetables. Moving on to the room, the cleanliness was appreciated, the glass door of the bathroom was absolutely rejected. Rather dated towels. The large shower is very nice but the slope is wrong and every evening we found the bathroom flooded. Breakfast/dinner service certainly not adequate for a 4-star hotel, both in the quality of the dishes and the service. Buffet without any labels, great rush to clear the tables and clear away the buffet at 8:45 PM (the end of dinner is scheduled for 9:00 PM). I would recommend more attention: from the sugar missing on the table in the morning, to having to ask for several nights in a row for the bucket to keep the wine cool, an open cheese dish passing from one table to another, salt in an open little bowl (never seen even at the boarding house down the street). Chipped cheese boards. Small details that overall turn out to be unpleasant. The pool and relaxation area are beautiful, the massage lady is very talented. Receptionists lacking empathy in their welcome and greetings in general. Returning to the title of the review, my answer is... a good 3-star!
