We were very disappointed, despite the two incidents of dirty sheets, changed at 10:30 PM with a newborn sleeping. Room dedicated to the dog, having said immediately upon entering that the newborn is very allergic to dog hair, they didn't show the slightest interest. The baby was very sick for two nights… as the third floor is dedicated specifically to dogs. Unfortunately I didn't find another hotel with available rooms, otherwise we would have left the very day we arrived. Uniquely rude. Dinner with raw meat that we all left… little choice of buffet or dishes with questionable choices for being in the mountains, I expect something more typical. At checkout they made us pay in full without even apologizing for all these inconveniences. In other hotels they would have at least taken $5 off to apologize, instead they even smiled at us when we said we would never return. Given that we are talking about the health of a newborn, legally one could file a complaint given the medical records in hand. Thanks to Asia and Ciccio, wonderful employees, ready to pamper you, we wish them the best.

Hotel located overlooking the historic center of Folgaria. Well-maintained, rooms cleaned with care every day. Restaurant with excellent food for both breakfast and dinner with attentive service! Ready to satisfy every need. A special thanks to the Toller family and to Federica, always kind and helpful.

Very convenient hotel near many tourist spots. Very spacious rooms equipped with every comfort. The service is impeccable. The staff is very kind and ready to help you. The nearby town has many parties, mainly in the evening. The landscape of Folgaria is beautiful. The spa is a gem. The food is traditional and refined, but if you don't like it, you can easily order plain pasta or rice.
