Here we are again at the GRIFONE! It is the second year that we have come to this facility. Last year it was a destination discovered through reviews read on FB, this year it was a sure thing! I will start with the points to improve: - Mini Club: there is no real entertainment service. The two girls (Daniela and Aurora) "supervise" the children. Although evening activities were indicated in the elevator, we never saw anything... cinema, karaoke, or games :-( Too bad. We honestly expected more. - Paid water: watch out because the water they serve you at the table during meals (still/sparkling) costs approx. 3 euros/bottle. It is tap water that has been demineralized and served in glass bottles. At check-out, we were met with a "surprise" on the bill! I will now leave you with all the good things: - HOTEL: very (very very very) clean and well-maintained in every space. - RECEPTION: Delina is the best! A mix of kindness + friendliness + helpfulness + professionalism. Always rely on her for any need. - ROOMS: we had two rooms, because we were two families. A very spacious triple room and a double room. Both were perfect, nothing is missing. The room is cleaned every day, and in the evening the staff returns a second time for a quick check. - RESTAURANT: we were on a half-board service. The continental breakfast. Excellent and abundant. Hot drinks included in the price. For dinner, you can choose 4 courses from the menu (an appetizer - a first course - a second course - a dessert). We never left hungry. The quality of the food is excellent. The dining room staff is very friendly and professional. Luca will be your point of contact in the dining room - AIS Sommelier, at your disposal for any request. - WELLNESS CENTER/POOL - free service. Small wellness center, very well-maintained and clean. Access is limited precisely because of the space; advance booking is required to enter, and the maximum time is one hour. A swim cap is required for the pool. Bathrobes will be provided to you free of charge. - MINI CLUB: the mini club room located on the -1 floor is huge, and children can play freely. - SNACK/APERITIF: the afternoon snack and the aperitif immediately after (included in the price) are a godsend. A boost for the afternoon. - SHUTTLE: The free shuttle service that takes you to and picks you up from nearby locations is highly appreciated. Yuri, the driver, is always very friendly and helpful.

Very beautiful and well-kept hotel, the staff is very kind and very helpful: the reception staff, the dining room staff, they were all patient and courteous. I would return very willingly.

A beautiful experience that we will carry in our hearts for the wonderful places we saw, but above all for the kindness and competence of the entire staff. A special thanks goes to Giada, who welcomed us at the bar every evening with her advice for a pleasant after-dinner, and to the maître d' Luca, a very cordial and professional person. Thank you.
