Great location in the middle of the city, nice room, super friendly staff - we booked our next stay right away.

We had a wonderful stay and we can only recommend this hotel! The food was simply fantastic, well-prepared, and of excellent quality. A special thanks goes to all the staff, especially to Antonio and Sabina: always kind, helpful, professional, and attentive to our every need. They welcomed our every request with a smile, even going beyond expectations and making us feel truly pampered. The rooms are modern, impeccably clean, and equipped with every comfort, helping to make the stay even more pleasant. We will take with us a beautiful memory of these days spent here in Merano and we are certain that we will return. Heartfelt thanks to all the staff for making our vacation so special!

Very nice hotel, modernized with love. Friendly welcome and warm service. Due to the current construction site in front of the door, it was not easy to get to the nearby parking garage. Instead of explaining the way to me, I was immediately offered an escort by a very professional employee. I accepted this very gladly. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired, the service was very attentive and friendly. Good mood right from breakfast -:)). We had dinner there once and it was just as excellent. You can enjoy very exquisite cakes at the bar. You have to do this at least once. A dream! The hotel is the ideal starting point for excursions, shopping, the thermal baths, and exploring Merano.
