nightmare hotel!!!!!! We had booked to vacation at this property for a week with my family (me, my wife, and 3 daughters), we arrive in Moena and easily find the hotel which is actually located in a very central area, but this is the only or perhaps one of the very few merits.....once we checked in they show us the "playroom" (a storage room 4sqm large with a foosball table) and already here........we were trembling!!!! They accompany us to the room....and.....1 very small room, it won't really be a family room, practically besides the double bed (which once we lifted the duvet we discovered was made of 2 double mattresses stacked on top of each other) and they had added what they called 3 small beds (in reality 3 camping cots with a mattress that if you sat in the middle of the cot it would fold in on itself) all this as I had already said in a room that should have been a double, therefore a Tetris of beds that didn't even allow for easy passage to the bathroom which for the record was dirty and with pubic hair in the sink. Having pointed this out to the young lady at the reception, she admitted that it wasn't really the right room for a family of 5 people (calculating that anyway we would have had to pay almost 3000€) and that she apologized for what happened PROMISING US THAT SHE WOULD RETURN THE 100€ DEPOSIT VIA BANK TRANSFER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OBVIOUSLY THIS NEVER HAPPENED. I hope to help other users not to ruin their vacations like we were about to do!!! I hope that with the 100€ they can do some shopping for the hotel BECAUSE IT REALLY NEEDS IT! P.S. LUCKILY ON THE SAME DAY I FOUND ANOTHER HOTEL THAT WAS SPECTACULAR.......

I stayed with my family at the property in July 2026. I have a one-year-old child and I was pleasantly impressed by the kindness and preparedness of all the staff. They accommodated me in everything. What can I say, it was like being with family! I will definitely return. Thank you ❤️

I state that for 10 years I have been dealing with hospitality and hospitality in the city where I live and I know how much effort is made and how much sacrifice there is behind every little detail. The hotel is located in a strategic position and the parking they provide is an important plus. The wait staff, bar and entertainment are fantastic BUT the structure I really think remained in almost everything to 1915. The very old rooms, one with a curtain in the shower that at least for years for hygiene reasons is no longer used ... antique furniture (but that is taste, there are those who like it and those who do not) ... but one thing for which I can not just pretend nothing .. and 'cleanliness that unfortunately was bad. We found hair in the bathroom, in the beds, zero vacuum cleaner in the floor .. dirty shower cubicle , broken hand shower ... and last but not least, there being no window in the bathroom was fundamental an aspiration that did not go ... In short, it really has a lot of potential but must be renewed absolutely also because prices have been updated! Good food! I hope this review can be interpreted as “constructive” trying to improve.
