I would say a disappointing experience; the hotel is not worth the 4 stars displayed and lacks essential services. Owners/staff are absolutely inadequate, unkind, and unhelpful.

A simply unforgettable stay at the Hotel Orso Grigio, where authentic hospitality and human warmth truly make the difference. ​A heartfelt thank you goes to the owner, Mr. Bruno, and his daughter Valentina: their impeccable management and constant attentive presence make the atmosphere welcoming and familiar from the very first moment. An honorable mention goes to the wonderful Maria, an exceptional waitress, always smiling, thoughtful, and impeccable in anticipating and satisfying my every need. ​The care for the guest is noticeable in the details and especially at the table: they were exceptional and thoughtful in managing food intolerances, allowing me to enjoy every meal in total serenity and with delicious dishes. ​It was a dream week dedicated to excursions in truly magnificent places, organized to perfection. A special thanks goes to the Gladiatour agency, an authentic guarantee, along with the fantastic team composed of the driver Angelo, impeccable and safe at the wheel, and the guide Caterina, always present, prepared, and cheerful. ​A fantastic experience from every point of view, which I will carry in my heart for a long time.
