Poor welcome. Read the other comments carefully. Extra fees added after my departure that should not exist. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that there was nothing they could do.

I stayed here for two nights with my wife, daughter and granddaughter, and I must say it was a very positive experience. Excellent cuisine, both for breakfast, with a buffet both sweet and savory, but also for dinner, which we tried one night, and moreover, without needing to book. Good room, clean, although perhaps a little small for four people, but still with everything that serviva.Cambio towels giorno.Unica 2 negative notes, the room temperature too high, which did not drop, not even decreasing it from the air conditioner, and the suction fan of the bathroom, too noisy. I used the spa, complete with everything, equipped with sauna, Turkish bath, hot tub, salt relaxation cave, showers and other deckchairs to relax. The price of the spa includes a kit with bathrobe, towel and slippers. The only downside was the fact that at one point, while I was in the spa with a couple, 7 people arrived, when I was told that access to no more than 6 was allowed, and above all, among them there were also children, who normally are not allowed access, considering the the fact that the regulation advises against the use of the costume, for a hygienic and healthy matter. As for the staff, all kind, from the reception staff, to the waiters. Particular positive note for the tall and thin waiter not very young whose name I do not know, but endowed in my opinion with a class and uncommon elegance, with which I also exchanged a chat about the juve game that I was watching on TV, and that he miserably lost😀 Overall my opinion of the hotel is positive, and therefore recommended!

Quiet structure and quiet rooms. Good restaurant with a wide choice. As for the staff a note of credit to Isabella, very kind and the boy with glasses whose name unfortunately we do not know. Clean and newly renovated rooms. Good value for money.
