Hotel Sole

Good evening, I stayed at this property with my family, unfortunately I was very disappointed with the reception, staff not efficient and not willing to give information to tourists, the information was the bare minimum. Instead, the location, the cleanliness, and the rooms were excellent.

I just stayed at this property for two nights after a careful search. The room I chose with a view of the ship anchorage area and the square turned out to be well-made, although in my opinion the bathroom (which worked well) should have been fitted with tiles in different colors because the ones proposed clash with the common areas, starting from the lobby (bright and high-quality). The breakfast did not thrill me much, even though everything was there, but perhaps because the space for that time accommodated too many tables close to each other, making it difficult even to walk between them. It is also true that in the absence of tables, there was the restaurant area. Buffet provided for a standard breakfast where nothing was missing. I found it strange to have hot drinks like coffee or cappuccino from automatic coffee machines and not perhaps from a traditional machine. The waiters do not ask anything about what you would like as a variation, other than clearing the tables. Slippers for the room and bathroom accessories must be requested at the reception. However, the rooms are well-soundproofed and work well overall. The location of the property is commendable and the option of the garage at a good price was well appreciated. However, in any case, I will return regardless of the close tables and the bathroom not up to par in terms of colors...

Great place for lunch in Riva. Fantastic food, friendly staff and very reasonably priced. Enjoy the views across the harbour while having lunch. I had the Caesar salad one day and the Greek salad the next day. Both were plentiful and delicious. I also recommend the Limoncello cheesecake for dessert.
