So much for a 4-star hotel!!! The room had no bidet, and we are in Italy (probably because it is frequented mostly by foreigners); hair, water, and... were coming out of the shower drain; the air conditioning in the room was managed by the reception, so to have it turned up or down you had to go to the reception, ABSURD. In the dining room near my table there was a cockroach; perhaps the food in a company cafeteria was cooked better. You could access the pool without using a swim cap, and there was no monitoring of either the water change or the chlorine. I encountered a lot of arrogance and rudeness from the foreign guests. NEVER AGAIN
