Stella delle Alpi

I stayed a few days at the hotel, so I was able to realize that the price-quality ratio is truly exceptional! No-frills but essential and clean rooms, as well as quiet for a perfect rest, breakfast with a variety and choice of both sweet and savory, dinner with the possibility to choose between 3 first courses, 3 second courses and 1 dessert, all of excellent quality, fast and kind service. The hotel provides: swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and Turkish bath, at no extra cost, convenient parking. The owners are very and I repeat very kind, as is the staff! I will definitely return and I feel like recommending it to those who want a stay in the splendid valley! Lastly, I want to point out the attention and promptness in solving a problem that had arisen with the shower, reported at 8 PM on Sunday, resolved during dinner! I would say that it almost never happens!

We stayed at the Hotel Stella delle Alpi and our experience was truly wonderful, from every point of view. Honestly, we cannot explain the less than positive judgments present in some reviews: as far as we are concerned, they are absolutely not justified and do not reflect what we experienced. The food is tasty, always varied and enriched by typical local specialties. Our room was spacious, cool, always very clean and with everything working perfectly. We also had the very pleasant surprise of receiving a suite, without having requested it: a gesture that we appreciated very much. The price was also truly super affordable, especially considering the quality of the service, the accommodation and the excellent hospitality received. The price-quality ratio is excellent. The location is very convenient for visiting the entire Val di Non and also for heading towards the Andalo area. What struck us most was the kindness, cordiality and availability of all the staff, always friendly and attentive to the needs of the guests. We allow ourselves only three small suggestions, in an absolutely constructive spirit: it would be nice to add some games for children in the garden and heat the pool water a little, which we found really very cold. Furthermore, it might be useful to offer a small menu dedicated to children, because we parents often do not know to what extent it is possible to ask for alternatives to the dishes offered. For the rest, we can only thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful hospitality. Everything was truly impeccable, and we would return very gladly! Highly recommended!

Beautiful environment and maximum friendliness of the staff both in the restaurant dining room and BAR and reception, the Hotel takes great care of the cleanliness of the environments and as far as I could see it is an excellent base when the days are oriented towards excursions. The cuisine deserves an extra point over the rest, which is already of a very good level, excellent dinners and abundant breakfasts as every self-respecting hotel should have. The room was well-kept and always very clean; the BAR area offers a pleasant and very spacious environment, there is also a swimming pool with hydromassage and a wellness area which never hurts!
