We booked a vacation for the first week of September 2026 The welcome is excellent, the staff is always kind and helpful, the hotel is situated in a beautiful location from which many trails start and it was exactly what we wanted, the bar service is excellent and the dining room waiters are also very kind, unfortunately, however, the quality of the food is truly terrible, I say this reluctantly because everything else was pleasant but the dinner was truly embarrassing, very low quality, food from the day before re-served modified the next day, the evening after dinner we were often sick. A real shame!

We have been coming back to this hotel since 2015 and every year when we leave our hearts cry.. very kind staff and wonderful rooms .. incomparable location

Clean and well-maintained family hotel Remarkable pool and a very large and complete wellness area. Excellent breakfast The buffet restaurant offers a good variety of dishes at dinner with a menu that is not exactly local; if you are looking for half-board with refined cuisine featuring South Tyrolean offerings, this is not the place for you. One note: from a 4-star hotel I would expect a bathrobe without having to pay an extra charge.
