Orovacanze Hotel Club Excelsior Cimone

Super positive review of this hotel where we stayed in July for a week for a family vacation. The property would need a nice extraordinary maintenance and modernization intervention but the strong points are an excellent welcome, a very familiar and friendly environment, excellent cuisine and an unparalleled price-quality ratio. Because if there is some defect (for example our bathroom was very small) everything must always be read thinking about the price paid. In the entire Primiero valley, there is nothing else comparable in terms of value for money. The cuisine is certainly one of their strong points. Very central location with respect to the town. The view of the Pale is also excellent. For us, full satisfaction.

It was horrible! Point one, the poor-quality rooms: The shower did not drain, the beds were hard and shaky like few things in the world, I was convinced that the bunk bed would come down at any second, point two: poor-quality food and ridiculous portions, in the evening when we went down for dinner there was little food and sometimes it was even inedible. Point three: The staff was invisible and rude, I remember one morning my nose bled and upon my request to change the sheets at 9 in the evening after having walked all day, I entered the room and to my amazement the sheets had not been changed!

Nightmare hotel!! I don't recommend it!
