Piccolo Hotel Claudia

The atmosphere and culture of Piccolo Hotel Claudia is lovely. The nicest couple, Carlo & Elizabeth, run this place with all their hearts and it is very evident. They care very much about the experience of their customers, and we spoke with them quite a bit. Carlo and Elizabeth are always at the ready to help. Carlo helped us store the e-mountain bikes we had rented in the secure room downstairs, and he personally stored our valuables after we checked out but still were out in the area for the day. Elizabeth bakes the most incredible goods, and the breakfast is one of the reasons we chose this hotel. It was so excellent, with plenty of options, delicious eggs, buns/bread, fruits, cereals/yogurt with add-ins, juices, etc. Most of all, it has that special, personal touch that a family run place has. Carlo and Elizabeth were willing to share their thoughts and ideas and make good recommendations on where to go and what to do. The setting is also nice and quiet and provides good respite and comfort in the room. It is located at the base of the women's world cup ski run, and the 2026 Olympic GS winner has stayed here. This hotel has that charm and character that everyone comes to this area for. It was our favorite place to stay of our entire trip; we had an easy time agreeing on that. Owners very kind and very attentive to the well-being of guests. IS family management and we really felt like we were in the family. Clean rooms, adequate space in the skiroom, hearty and adequate breakfast for days on the slopes. Very close to both the slopes and various shops, rentals, ski schools etc. It was a pleasant discovery and we were delighted. The environment is ideal for a holiday, polite and respectful clientele. Too bad there is no room for a lobby but after all if you call it Piccolo Hotel there is a reason If I may give a tip I would change two aspects: dinner at 7.30pm instead of 7pm and something more in the buffet. Overall the opinion is very positive.
