Do not be fooled by the "rear" view, the structure seems almost abandoned, instead the interior is pleasant and cozy and from the front there is a beautiful terrace with spectacular views. Friendly staff and comfortable room, the drawback is dinner, lacks the buffet, the courses are not plentiful and in my opinion too and uselessly sought. Ski room and ski storage (2 separate locations) could also be more welcoming.

For ten years now I have chosen the Hotel Cir for our family ski holiday, and every time we load our luggage to go home, the thought is always the same: we will return next year exclusively for Cristian and Jenni. In a tourist landscape that often becomes cold and standardized, the two of them represent the real difference. Cristian and Jenni are the beating heart of this hotel; their management is impeccable, made of authentic courtesy and availability that goes far beyond simple professional duty. For us they have become reference points: they know how to make a family feel "at home", pampering us and preventing our every need. If the Hotel Cir maintains such a special and warm atmosphere, the credit is entirely due to their dedication and passion. The winter season here is pure magic. Spending days on the slopes with Cristian and rejoining such a welcoming environment is what I look for for my children and my wife. Cleanliness is always taken care of and customer care is maximum. To be honest with other travelers, it is fair to point out that the structure itself would need some modernization and some structural measures. However, I would like to point out that this is absolutely not up to the managers. Indeed, it is here that Cristian and Jenni's extraordinary skill emerges: they manage and enhance the hotel in such a way that any structural deficiency takes second place to the quality of service and the human warmth they can offer. In conclusion, if you are looking for a place where human management is at the highest level and you want to feel part of a family, this is the place. Many thanks to Cristian and Jenni for these 10 years: without you, winter at Passo Gardena would not be the same.

Very nicely situated on the Val Gardena Pass, in the middle of the ski area. Friendly team, delicious breakfast and half board!
