Third stay on full board at this hotel, with a dear friend; the 2024 and 2025 stays were 20 days, this year 31 nights. Very warm family management; excellent breakfast, lunch, and dinner; very comfortable room with two small balconies, very comfortable bed, small bathroom that is not very functional and uncomfortable, nice television, safe, excellent alpine view, the road is very busy and noisy; good cleaning and service; efficient staff. (We chose the room ourselves, which was also assigned to us last year: we knew it was nice, but with an unsuitable bathroom; the 2024 room was comfortable, with a nice bathroom, but less spacious; the room with a bathroom, assigned for one night to our guest, was also excellent). Welcoming entertainment: music, board games, tradition.

Since it was a group trip we had a double bedroom with the addition of an unused bunk bed. Furniture and bathrooms very dated but still clean. The dinner included in the half board (drinks not included) presents traditional quality dishes with various alternatives. Breakfast with a variety of choices (although hot drinks are served by vending machine). The staff of all levels proved to be very kind and courteous, small in fact they were often unaware of the details of the foods presented. There is a small common room and ample parking. Overall given the quality price and location I would rate the experience positively.

We stayed in room 103 super bright (2 French doors), 2 balconies, all newly renovated, bathroom included. Friendly and helpful staff. rich and good breakfast (cakes, croissants, juices, hot drinks, yogurt toast etc...)
